Billet Parts Online will repair or replace, at our discretion, any item(s) manufactured by our company that is found to be defective in material quality, design or workmanship for a period of 30 days from date of purchase. We reserve the right to inspect any merchandise returned for misuse, modification or improper installation/application. All of our products are made to order therefore once an order has been placed we will not be able to offer a refund if a customer decides to cancel an order. All returns must include an invoice for proof of purchase and a RTV number that will be issued via email. Our warranty will be honored to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. Incidental damage, shipping costs, & labor not included in warranty.
